The trio Band au Neon , directed by pianist and bandoneonist Paolo Russo, presents an interesting instrumental mix of flavours, from jazz to Italian folk-like dances, to reminiscences of tango.

Their live performances are characterized by a strong emotional contact with the audience through lyrical Mediterranean melodies, yet presented in a modern key, combined with tasteful balance between composed and improvised material. Band au Neon's first album "Oltretango" was well received by the critics and the audience, while new live recorded album is on the way.
The trio has performed about 50 concerts in the past 3 years all around Denmark, as well as in Sweden and in Italy.
